Role Description

Contract Therapist Position – Hybrid/Remote flexibility in Charlotte, NC

We’re seeking licensed therapists in Charlotte to join our growing practice on a contract basis. You’ll have the autonomy to build your own caseload while benefiting from our established referral network, administrative support, clinical supervision if desired, and a collaborative team culture.

What you’ll do:

• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families based on your clinical interests
• Manage your own schedule with flexibility for remote and in-office sessions
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain clinical documentation
• Collaborate with colleagues for consultation and peer support

Qualifications

Required:

• Current NC licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or associate-level licensure with supervision available
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and documentation
• Ability to establish rapport and utilize evidence-based approaches

Valued experience/interests:

• Trauma therapy, couples/family therapy, or group therapy
• Mindfulness-based approaches
• Spanish language proficiency (encouraged to apply)
