Role Description
Contract Therapist Position – Hybrid/Remote flexibility in Charlotte, NC
We’re seeking licensed therapists in Charlotte to join our growing practice on a contract basis. You’ll have the autonomy to build your own caseload while benefiting from our established referral network, administrative support, clinical supervision if desired, and a collaborative team culture.
What you’ll do:
- Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families based on your clinical interests
- Manage your own schedule with flexibility for remote and in-office sessions
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain clinical documentation
- Collaborate with colleagues for consultation and peer support

Qualifications
Required:
- Current NC licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or associate-level licensure with supervision available
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and documentation
- Ability to establish rapport and utilize evidence-based approaches
Valued experience/interests:
- Trauma therapy, couples/family therapy, or group therapy
- Mindfulness-based approaches
- Spanish language proficiency (encouraged to apply)
